We offer a confidential service for people experiencing complex needs with substance misuse issues. This entails a fully comprehensive assessment, with individualised Treatment and Care Plan packages; Medical Clinics and monitoring by specialist Nurses; substitute prescribing and detoxification; plus specialist Counselling. Supported accommodation for a period of three to twelve months. Relapse management workshops, life skills training, resettlement and aftercare. Tenants can stay for twelve months. It is not a rehabilitation project but a second stage supported living scheme.
