The Info Shop is part of Newport Youth Service and we provide information, support and guidance to young people aged 11-25 in a friendly, informal manner on a wide variety of issues.

Qualified Youth Workers staff the Info Shop and we offer the following free services:
- Internet / Computer Access
- Printing
- Photocopying
- Telephone
- Leaflets
- Fax Machine
- Private Room for Talks
- Jobs Board
- Books, Magazines, and Newspapers.
As well as specialist agency drop-ins, including the Duke of Edinburgh's Open Award, Young Carers, Shelter Cymru, CareersWales, Millennium Volunteers, and There 4 U, we can help young people make a CV, search the internet, set up an email account, fill in an application and lots of other stuff!
Our services are confidential and impartial.
We won't tell you what to do! We explore the options with you and support you in making an informed chioce.
The Info Shop has several Info ‘Point’ outlets in communities and smaller Info ‘Satellite’ outlets in all youth clubs across Newport.
